IT Application Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to oversee the management and optimization of IT applications, ensuring their alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the application lifecycle, ensuring system efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT application operations, ensuring performance, reliability, and availability.
• Analyze and optimize existing applications to support business goals and improve user experience.
• Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring high-quality support and solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely updates and issue resolutions.
• Oversee IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Manage the IT application budget efficiently for maintenance, upgrades, and new initiatives.
• Ensure IT applications meet security standards and industry regulations.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot application-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT application management, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and experience with IT systems implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Dynamics or similar is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, retail management software, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with vendors and managing third-party solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IT security practices and industry compliance standards.
