Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Administrative Assistant located in Jalan Ampang, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Accounts and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing accounts, handling communication, and assisting with executive administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Experience in handling accounts and financial documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Basic Knowledge of Quickbooks, Zoho and other accoutning softwares knowledge will be an added advantage.

Remuneration and Benefits

The Salary from this position ranges from RM2500 - RM3000 depending on the Qualification and Experience.

EPF and SOCSO will be paid.
