  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation: Utilize your engineering knowledge to analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other resources.
  • Pricing Strategy: Formulate competitive pricing strategies that align with our company’s objectives and market conditions.
  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive and persuasive proposals, integrating both technical and commercial aspects to secure new business opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure project alignment.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and uncertainties in cost estimates and proposals, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of cost estimates, pricing models, quotation and proposal documents for future reference and audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance our costing, pricing, and proposal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business ( Finance, Economics, Commerce ) or Engineering ( Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and analyze bills of material and engineering drawings is an advantage. If the candidate does not possess this skill, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Ability to build spreadsheet models is added advantages.
  • Must be proactive, committed, result oriented and multi-tasking.
  • Positive attitude, willing to face and deal with challenges.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is PREFERABLE.
