Warehouse Assistant Manager (Level 1)

Job Responsibilities: To ensure Quality Management System (QMS) for Semiconductor Division is documented, implemented, maintained and continually improved To maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating and coordinating programs in accordance to the company policies and procedures. To control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data system To maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. To prepare budget for warehouse expenses. To complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning headcounts to support production. To maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. To maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, planning and monitoring. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized institutions. Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory control and logistics. A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team. Good planning, organizing, and analytical skills. Able to work with tight timelines. Computer literacy and knowledge of SAP are an added advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
