QC INSPECTOR

OVERALL RESPONSIBLE OF JOB : 1. Responsible for all QC tasks at production line. 2. Conduct daily inspection by referring to the approved sample / artwork / drawing. 3. Conduct sampling inspection based on AQL Sampling Table. 4. Conduct re-inspection for all abnormality (NC) after sorting and rework activity. 5. Conduct re-inspection for all abnormality (NC) after sorting and rework activity. 6. Adhere to company protocols as laid out in the Company Policy & Procedures. 7. Maintain and responsible for 5's practices in workplace. 8. To perform other QC tasks assigned by Superior. KEY FUNCTION / TASKS: 1. INCOMING RAW MATERIALS INSPECTION - Conduct inspection for all incoming raw material on time after received D/O & Label from Store Department. - Refer to specification in Technical Data Sheet for inspection & issue Raw Material Inspection Report. - Report to Superior immediately if found any reject during inspection. 2. SET-UP & IN-PROCESS INSPECTION - Conduct set up & in-process inspection by referring to the approved sample / artwork / drawing. - Ensure all parameter such as colour, wording, dimension, direction & appearance are within specification. - Report & discuss with Superior if found any abnormality during inspection. - Update inspection results on Inspection Checklist Form on time. 3. OUTGOING INSPECTION - Conduct outgoing inspection on Finished Good by referring to Daily Inspection Report & approved sample. - Conduct sampling based on AQL Sampling Table. - Ensure product label tally with Finished Good & appearance of Finished Good and its packaging are acceptable. 4. HOUSEKEEPING (5'S) - Carry out 5's task at QC area on daily basis or whenever required.
