1. Ensure compliance of the existing and new or amended laws; rules and regulations, SOP, policies and procedures of the Company. 2. Meeting given KPI that aligned with the department's strategy, which in turn aligned with the overall strategy of the Group. 3. Sales (i) Perform general duties relating to sales, such as preparing and printing of documents, issue credit note, etc., for the purpose to complete part of the process of sale in a timely and efficient manner. (ii) Accept and process payment from customers in settlement of their bills and provide receipt for payments made in an accurate and timely manner. Pay high attention when dealing with cash transactions. Other than authorized Company’s employees, MUST NOT hand-over cash to any unauthorized personnel and employee concern shall personally responsible for any loss of cash as a result of ignorance of advice. Handle refund for returned goods according to standard operating procedure, where necessary. Purchase (i) Perform general duties relating to purchase, such as preparing and printing of documents, enter stock details into stock system, prepare stickers for new arrived products, snap product photos, etc., for the purpose to complete part of the process of purchase in a timely and efficient manner. Accounting (i) Perform general duties relating to accounting, such as data entries and recording; sorting, matching and checking of documents, banking matters, etc. Human Resource (i) Perform general duties relating to staff matters, such as hiring, issuing letters, staff attendance, payroll processing, staff welfare, event arrangement, administrative works, etc. Warehouse/Store (i) Perform general duties after sales order, such as preparing and printing of documents for the purpose to release products to customer in a timely and efficient manner. (ii) Comply to warehouse/Store safety and security standards and procedures. 4. Answer phone calls; ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation and filing. Interact with relevant personnel in an appropriate manner in order to maintain a coordinated flow of documentation and information. 5. Participate in the training program arranged by the Company in order to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required for work performance improvement purposes. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
