Who You Are:

Thermal and Mechanical Simulation Intern

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Simulation Engineer Intern with a basic understanding of finite element software, such as Ansys, and a strong interest in learning more about finite element modeling. Ideal candidates will have a foundational knowledge of appliedmechanics and thermal management principles, gained through coursework or academic experience. While prior experience with failures, reliability testing, and mechanical behavior in LED packaging is a plus, it is not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to develop analytical and interpretation skills as part of our team.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

•Familiarity with Finite Element Software (Ansys)

•Interest in Finite Element Modeling

•Basic understanding of applied mechanics and thermal management principles.

•Basic knowledge or coursework related to failures, reliability testing, and mechanical behavior in LED packaging is advantageous.
