INSPECTOR OF WORK - ELECTRICAL

Job Scope: • Supervise, check and monitor construction works in accordance with approved shop drawings , specifications, method statement , JKR requirement and work program. • To assist Resident Engineer (RE) in performing his duty / carry out inspection work. • Supervise, check, and record work execution is in accordance with engineer’s instructions. • Witness and record inspections, testing and commissioning, work executed etc. • Check material delivered are as approved and properly stored. • Observe and comply site safety procedures. • Assist in the preparation of ‘as-built’ drawings & monitor defect rectification. • To perform any other tasks and assignments assigned as and when required. • Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Engineer, and project Safety Representative. Job Requirement • Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. • Minimum 3 years of strong work experience with electrical works Hospital Experience / JKR project • Should have good communication skills and inspection skills. • Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural team. • Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office / Excel) • Registered COW/IOW from Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM).
