During your internship period under the Account department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities : -
In this role, you will: -
- Assist your senior colleagues in preparing daily account transaction.
- Assist to ensure all account records and bookkeeping transaction across all jurisdiction are updated via systems.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching, and data compilation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
- Responsible in preparing reports as requested by superiors.
- Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
- Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, correspondences, and other documents related to supplier, clients or principal.
Job Qualifications : -
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- No work experience required.
- Computer literate well-versed with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
- Aggressive, highly motivated, committed, and hardworking.
