RESUME IS COMPULSORY JOB DESCRIPTIONS • Handle full spectrum of finance functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirement and financial reporting standards. • Ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual management reporting and presentations with emphasis on detailed commentary on performance of the businesses which includes an income statement, variance analysis against budget/forecast and prior year results, balance sheet and cash flow. • Manage and monitor the daily cash flow of the Company. • Responsible for the annual budget and quarterly forecast for the businesses. • Preparation of tax computation, tax forecast (CP204) and tax revision (CP204A). • Develop and implement proper policies, procedures and financial controls in the businesses, to ensure greater efficiency and operations. • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, legal advisor, bankers and others statutory bodies for relevant reports and submissions as required by regulatory bodies. • To perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Management. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc). • More than 5 years working experiences in Finance/Accounting. • Possess strong analytical skills with proactive mind set, able to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team. • Hands-on approach, able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environment and dynamic culture. • Team player - able to work across different teams and contribute to a positive environment • Well versed in accounting standards i.e. Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”). • Good communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin. • Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
