We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The Business Development Intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and learn about various aspects of business development and strategy. This internship will provide valuable insights and exposure to real-world commercial operations in business development.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in business, marketing, business development, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, ARS, Trello, and basic computer skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle ad hoc tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Preferable to have own transport and willingness to travel when needed; prior experience in operations, inventory, or supply chain management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update SOPs for warehouse and outlet operations using Excel.
- Manage new supplier and SKU lists, including product registration follow-ups via email.
- Conduct market surveys and price comparisons for monthly new product additions.
- Update product photos in the ARS system as needed.
- Generate daily stock forecasts and send purchase orders to suppliers.
- Address stock adjustments using Trello for tracking.
- Plan monthly depletion of B3M stocks via email coordination.
- Manage expired or damaged stock write-offs or returns on a monthly basis.
- Handle Good Return Notes (GRN) and issue Credit Notes (CN) to suppliers.
- Monitor stock movement and prepare weekly inventory reports using PowerBi.
- Prepare weekly KPI reports on fulfillment and On-Time Delivery (OTD) using PowerBi.
- Generate and analyze daily Out of Stock (OOS) reports and plan improvements.
- Compile weekly document review summaries for outlets and warehouse acknowledgment.
