INTERNSHIP (QA/QC- FABRICATION/PRODUCTION)

a) Conduct product and material inspections under the guidance of Quality Engineer staff. b) Responsible for ensuring that all activities on the fabrication in accordance with standard and specification as per contract. c) Assist in visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming materials and finished products. d) Assist in the documentation of non-conformance reports and corrective actions. e) Participate in root cause analysis to determine corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. f) Assist in identifying areas for process improvement in the production and inspection processes. g) Support the team in performing various tests to ensure product compliance with industry standards. h) Ensure all testing and inspection work complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. i) Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and records. j) Regularly rising awareness of quality requirements of the project. k) Work closely with the production, engineering, and design teams to resolve quality-related issues. l) Prepare project final manufacturing document.
