CNC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise, lead and monitor Leaders, Machinists and Machine Operators in daily. manufacturing activities, discipline, safety & health, job performances & competencies. Work closely with PPC, Engineering & Quality departments in selecting suitable machine, tooling and equipment to meet with customer requirement. Selection of suitable machine groups, manpower in managing new projects production. Conduct daily meetings with group leaders to achieve productivity, quality, on time delivery and high OEE goal and target as set up by Management team. Update skill matrix for production workers and recommend relevant training in order to prepare for higher manufacturing technology and better opportunity of internal promotion. Working closely with production team in improving manufacturing process flow and cycle time reduction to remain competitive. Support HoS & HoP in providing technical advice and ideas in trouble shoot quality and manufacturing problems. Ensure all subordinates are aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures across all shift patterns. Communicate & keep team updated on all matters relevant to the business, production & quality in a timely and appropriate means. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Perform any other job functions deem necessary by Management. Skills Requirements: Diploma / Degree in: - Mechanical / Civil / CNC machining (milling and turning) / electrical and equivalent At least 3 year(s) and above experienced in Manufacturing (metal precision industry), preferable candidate with working experienced in same industry.
