• Overseeing maintenance activities and managing the workforce within their assigned department. • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and responsibly. • Inspecting the machines, equipment, and systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely. • Conducting regular tests and assessments to identify and rectify any potential technical faults or issues. • Monitoring the progress of assigned tasks and ensuring they are completed properly and on-time. • Regularly reviewing and updating procedures and documentation related to maintenance processes. • Developing and implementing training for the maintenance team to improve skill sets and keep up-to-date with industry changes. • Involve in safety and health committee activities are compulsory. • To perform and carry out other task and work that are assigned by the management from time to time.
