STORE KEEPER

Job Descriptions: 1 To complete the work as per daily target. 2 To accomplish job allocated to him in a timely and safe manner. 3 To report back quickly on completion of task assigned. 4 To maintain high standard of productivity and safety through proper work attitude. 5 Maintains good housekeeping practices in all storage areas of the warehouse and outside storage areas 6 Unloads materials from various freight trucks using mobile material handling equipment and proper material storage devices, such as racks, pallets, baskets or carts, for proper protection of materials and to facilitate handling and storage of items. 7 Restocks materials to storage bins or issue points from reserve storage areas 8 Long term preservation and storage of major capital spares 9 Maintains good housekeeping of equipment, receiving areas, and storage areas 10 Maintain Filing of Requisition forms, ensuring that they are properly filled up and acknowledged by the requesting party 11 Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records 12 Maintain good attendance and be punctual at all times. 13 Inform the Supervisor of any problems, Defects or Non-Conformities 14 To work safely without any injury. 15 Any other work requested by Superior/Supervisor Requirements: – Experience of 1-3 years is preferred. – Must be organized and punctual. – Well-presented and professional. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Proficient in Microsoft Office. (MS Word & MS Excel).
