  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the accounts payable and receivables functions.
  • Ensured all suppliers’ invoices, Credit Notes, payment and receivables are captured in the system on a timely manner.
  • Ensured monthly reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts and follow up with any discrepancies.
  • Ensured receivables are reconciled and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Ensured the financial records are maintained in compliance with the policies and procedures of accounting standards and financial policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, suppliers and bankers.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field would be an advantage but fresh graduate with positive attitudes are encourage to apply.
  • Willing to learn and work as a team.
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Words, ERP system.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
