POSITION – CREW SUPERVISOR Lead the maintenance crew in execution of the scheduled maintenance activities and to attend to emergency works as assigned by superior Responsibilities: • To lead, arrange, organize and guide the maintenance crew, plants/equipment and material for execution of the assigned works • To ensure that execution of work is according to the work steps and methods as specified in the performance standards • To lead the maintenance crew to response and ready to act of any urgent/emergency work as instructed by superior at any time necessary • To organize, maintain and manage all tools, equipment, plants/machineries are in good condition ready to be deployed. • To ensure maintenance crew achieve their targeted daily productivity • To assess working site condition and hence conduct safety briefing to maintenance crew before work execution on site. • To fill in Daily Work Report form correctly with relevant required data and submit to section office Operation Executive • Attend, report and participate in Weekly Work Schedule Meeting • To ensure all company’s assets (plants & machineries, vehicles, equipment and small tools, etc) are being handled with care. • To carry out any task as instructed by superior • To attend to any meeting and/or site inspection whenever instructed by superior. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, comply to safety requirements and maintain high commitment and discipline throughout employment period Requirements: • Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent • 1-3 years relevant working experience • Well-versed in road construction & maintenance • Strong technical, co-ordination & communication skills both spoken & written • Good interaction skills to build relation with client, relevant government departments, local authorities or other agencies • Possess valid driving license (D) or E or H/I (If possible)
