The Logistics Operations Intern shall assist the Fleet Admin team in the following:

  • Supporting maintenance of all necessary records to ensure company vehicles are compliant with legal and business requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring the data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.
  • Aid in following-up with every operational aspects or needs in terms of vehicle administration and ensuring timely vehicle renewals, i.e. Road tax, Puspakom, and insurance.
  • Ensuring timely processing and dispatching of all documents relevant to company vehicles.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Undergraduate student in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and other related fields.
  • Commitment to an internship period of a minimum of three (3) months.
  • Ability to reliably commute to and from the company office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and attentive to details.
  • Resourceful and a problem-solver.
  • A responsible and reliable team member.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
