Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Implement inventory control systems and procedures to minimize stock loss and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to manage order priorities and address any issues or discrepancies.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, shipments, and stock movements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
