Field Services Engineer

The Field Service Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional after-sales service for our industrial cleaning solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading, and support to keep our solutions operating effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• To support the Project Team during machine setup & commissioning.
• To train customers in safe and proper operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting skills
• To carry out any repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnose equipment on short notice.
• To prepare reports for service activities performed at customers’ sites and recommend improvement processes and applications promptly.
• To Provide Online Support to customers in troubleshooting or fine-tuning.
• To promote the sale of spare parts or service contracts through technical service visits
• To verify spare parts requested by customers. To identify the correct part name, maker, model, quantity, stock and other requirements. For quotation purposes.
• To support salespersons to follow up with customers about the spare part sales.
• To support salespersons in technical discussions.
• To maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent business related field
• Working experience in Semi-con / automation industry will be an advantage
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English in writing and speaking. Fluency in Mandarin or other languages will also be an advantage.
• General knowledge of handling PC & Software such as Word, Excel, Windows OS, iOS
• Understand 2D Drawing. The capability to make 2D or 3D drawings will be an advantage.
• Experience in machine repair/troubleshooting will be an advantage.
