Property Management Admin Intern
Key Responsibilities :
1. Commission Claim Management:
- Check commission claims for various periods, including mid and end of the month for companies.
- Ensure all commission claims are accurately recorded and updated in Excel.
2. Data Entry and Management:
- Update agents' details and new sales documents.
- Maintain and organize sales records and documents in both digital and physical formats.
3. Tenant Support:
- Assist in following up on documents for new sales with agents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
4. Report Generation:
- Compile and prepare sales reports, including pending sales reports and commission claim records for specified periods.
- Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends and insights.
5. Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
6. Documentation and Filing:
- Ensure all sales documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
- Update and maintain digital filing systems, including updates for sales records.
7. Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events and activities.
- Update the master list for move-ins of new sales payments.
- Update daily messages and create user accounts for platforms.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
