Logistic Executive

1. Customs Clearance: Handle customs declaration documents for both PS raw materials and bottle bricks, including TMJ imports. 2. Documentation & Coordination: Send passes to customs brokers, manage the arrival plan of cabinets, and ensure the accuracy of import documentation. 3. Weighing & Reporting: Calculate and update the weight of raw materials and bottle bricks, and maintain MRP records. 4. Inventory Management: Check the unloading situation daily, coordinate with fleets for container delivery, and manage the transfer of raw materials to and from warehouses. 5. Cost Management: Record and verify import costs, and sort out invoices for finance. 6. Supplier Management: Develop, manage, and maintain supplier relationships, including fleets and freight forwarders. 7. Customs Declaration: Handle customs declaration documents for PS export and process export documents for TMJ. 8. Coordination & Problem-Solving: Coordinate with fleets and warehouses, deal with on-site issues, and apply for FORM-E and other necessary documents. 9. Documentation: Organize relevant bills and handle express delivery problems. 10. Other Duties: Manage any additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
