Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service to manage the operations of loyalty and rewards including customer experience. You must have enhanced experience in working with management team to deliver the department targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries from customers regarding product information, order status, returns, and other related queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Process orders, exchanges, and returns accurately in our system, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and promote brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics to meet or exceed departmental goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in all customer interactions, representing the brand in a positive light.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, live chat platforms, and email systems.
  • Flexibility to work on public holidays and weekends, especially during peak times or promotional sales, to meet customer demand effectively.
