Language Tutor Location: Pusat Bahasa Transformasi, Lincoln University College Approval: Ministry of Education (MOE) About Us: Pusat Bahasa Transformasi is the language arm of Lincoln University College, dedicated to providing high-quality language education to diverse learners. Our mission is to enhance language proficiency and communication skills in an engaging and supportive environment. Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and skilled Language Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in language instruction and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere. Tutors will be responsible for teaching language courses, developing lesson plans, and providing individualized support to students. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging language lessons to groups and individual students. - Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. - Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation. - Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language program and share best practices. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. - Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills.
