Financial Analyst - Master Data

About the Role

The Financial Analyst - Master Data is responsible for supporting all financial aspects of the CBRE APAC/EMEA business, driving quality and contract management execution within business unit and ensures SLA & Business KPIs are met

What You'll Do

  • Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment.
  • Perform upkeep of the DoA Matrix
  • Manage Service Performance Review
  • Support monthly or yearly SOX testing by providing all relevant documentations
  • Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data / DoA
  • Participate in UAT as when needed
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time

What You'll Need

  • Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Computer Science (Major Database Management) or related area
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Finance / SSC / Audit environment preferably with Master Data maintenance
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
  • Proficiency in English
  • A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team
  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
