Job Responsibilities:- - Act as primary day-to-day client contact across a number of large-scale accounts and managing the client relationships - Proactively prepare, review, and communicate project proposals - Assist team from preparing initial project brief through to project completion across strategic, creative and implementation deliverables - Understand the project's objective and challenges - Effectively presents to clients, resolving issues and run client sessions - Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments - Gain deep understanding of our services to proactively identify opportunities and potential for growing existing accounts - Maintaining a database of contact information - Compiling and analyzing data on current industry trends Job Requirements: - - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising and related fields - Additional graphic design education or experience may be preferred - Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role - Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles - Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software is a plus - Attention to detail and commercial awareness - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication presentation skills - Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process - Good personality, enthusiastic and passionate - A business acumen
