Role Summary:
- Sell banking insurance products (Banca insurance).
- Open to candidates with any experience in selling insurance or takaful products.
- Serve walk-in customers at bank branches
Key Roles:
- Market and sell a wide range of SLMA/SLMT Products suitable to client needs.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the branch target.
- Provide professional advice and appropriate financial products based on bank client needs.
- Work with the Branch Manager (BM) and Banca Business Manager (BBM) to ensure sales activities align with business direction.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent service after sales.
- Plan promptly on all leads and follow-up activities.
- Review performance with the Branch Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring licensing and CPD requirements are met prior to selling SLMA/SLMT Products.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Insurance Licensing: PCIL or TBE - Part A & C (Partial License).
- Experience/Knowledge: 1 year of working experience in insurance/takaful sales, with a good sales track record.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

License/Certification:
