Solar Project Coordinator (Johor / Klang)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solar Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the quotation process, liaise with clients, and

ensure the smooth execution of solar projects. You will work closely with management to achieve sales goals, maintain accurate sales documentation, and provide

outstanding support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ǫuotation Management: Oversee the quotation process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

· Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to gather and verify necessary documents for authority submissions.

· Collaboration with Management: Work closely with management to align sales goals, project planning, and forecasting.

· Sales Documentation: Organize and maintain comprehensive sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

· Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed information and support.

· Compliance: Ensure that all sales support processes comply with department standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

· Project Management Scope: Draft and finalize project management scope for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC), Energy

Performance Contracting (EPC), Technology Supply, contracts, and specifications.

Ǫualifications:

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Knowledge of sales processes and documentation.

· Familiarity with solar industry regulations and standards is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of preparing, compiling, and executing submissions for applications to Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia (SEDA), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), etc., is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
