Job Description
- Provides administrative support to the General Manager (GM) such as handling paperwork, documentation, printing, and maintaining a clean and organized office area.
- Arrange and manage the GM’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and important events while keeping the GM updated with reminders.
- Assisting with private and confidential matters related to the department.
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences for the GM
- Managing correspondence/email, and reports, and assisting the GM as required.
- Assist GM in day-to-day business activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and some other IT knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and people skills.
- Able and eager to self-learn, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
