Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Group Legal Department, including handling correspondence, monitoring the schedule of legal proceedings, upkeeping electronic and physical legal documentation and records.
  • Communicate legal matters, organize and schedule meeting with internal and external parties.
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes (if required).
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary, ad-hoc basis.
  • To assist on variety of commercial legal issues such as Service and Sales Contracts, Manufacturing, Debt recovery, International Trade Issues, Shipping, Human Resource, Government, Regulatory and Compliance, Land and Tenancy matters.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary, at ad-hoc.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in public admin. SPM and Cert is acceptable if possess relevant experience.
  • Previous experience as legal clerk/secretary with 1-3 years' experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department is an added advantage.
  • Well verse with office management skills.
  • Able to converse and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
