TESTING TECHNICIAN

Main Responsibility:- As a Technical Assistant / Technician, the incumbent will conduct the New Product and Existing Product testing to achieve customer satisfaction and requirement. Job Description:- • Responsible to assist and reporting to Testing Engineer/ Assistant Engineer in preparation and implementation of all testing activities. • Responsible for operating tester, chamber, PLC and monitor test performance. • To install product to the test JIG and conduct a test following by SOP/Part inspection analysis/testing specification or engineer instruction. • Perform testing activity scheduled for existing and new product to ensure that schedules are met. • To ensure the testing measuring data are recorded and accounted. • Performing analytical and quality testing in accordance to our established standard and methods. • Perform analysis on samples to ensure compliance with specifications. • Ensure all equipment’s used are calibrated before the due date. • Upkeep the housekeeping and maintain safety standards in the workplace. • Responsible to perform testing of new and existing products. • To prepare documentation and filling. • To prepare the such as Testing report, Product identification tag, testing requisition sheet and etc. • Ensure subordinate’s’ awareness of QMS, EMS and testing compliance requirements. • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior. Minimum Requirement(s):- • Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical in Engineering • At least 1 year relevant working experience/ fresh graduate. • Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. • Ability to identify basic technical problems. • Conduct of product testing as overall product.
