Production Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • 监督生产部操作员，组织及监控工作流程。Manufactures products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow. • 传达生产目标于生产部操作员；策划，监控与评估工作进度；指导员工及监督员工纪律；建立，协调与加强工作系统和流程 。Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. • 监督生产步骤以维持生产流程。Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process. • 强调与培养部门内部与部门间的协作精神。Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. • 生产规划；编排，监督，调整，解决及报告生产表现。Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. • 根据公司的标准维持产品及服务的品质。Maintains quality product/service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • 教导及监督员工，根据公司守则与标准，维持工作环境的安全与整洁。Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. • 强调团队奉献精神以完成生产目标。Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS • 申请者需至少拥有SPM文凭学历。Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • 需通晓马来语及英语。Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English • 需至少有1年的相关（家具制造厂）工作经验。At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • 拥有制造/生产管理文凭或工作经验者将优先被考虑。Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
