Business Analyst

1.Management of projects according to internal Project management methodology . 2.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them to technical requirements. 3.Gather and document business requirements through user interviews, discussions and other means. ⁠4.Should be able to draft detailed functional specifications along with wireframes and proper use cases. 5.Manage changes to baseline requirements with the use of effective application and change control processes. ⁠6.Develop an understanding of client processes and procedures and assist with making improvements relative to technology and marketing. 7.Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. ⁠8.Test and validate business solutions to ensure they meet the specifications. 9. Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)⁠ 10.Ensure operations documentations, manuals, SOPP’s are kept upto date. 11.Conduct demos, trainings to clients and business users. 12.⁠Effective communication skills both written and oral 13.Candidate with 5+ year of experience in BA.
