CLERK OF WORK

Responsibilities:- • To supervise and coordination about C&S work at site • To ensure all works carried out by the contractors are within quality standards and contract specifications • To liaise with Resident Engineer/ Project Engineer and Consultants and report any discrepancies in the drawings, approved method statement and site construction problems • To ensure the Contractors comply fully to the Health and Safety Policy and report of any site accidents or near miss accidents to the Resident Engineer/ Project Engineer • To prepare daily site reports and record of all tests conducted on site and submit to the Resident Engineer/ Project Engineer. • Proper documentation of all activities on site. • Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultants & authorities on all site matters. • Attend progress weekly site meetings with consultant and client • Monitor contractor’s progress against the approval schedule. Requirement:- • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification. • At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience as COW, experience in high-rise construction will be added advantage. • Able to perform site coordination independently with minimum supervision. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
