Job Description :

1) Provide efficient counter service. (Registering of patients, answering of phone calls and enquiries, dispensing of medication, cashiering, etc)

2) Assisting the doctors during consultation and clinical procedures when necessary.

3) Liaise with healthcare providers for patients’ claim.

4) Perform administrative duties.

5) Support day-to-day operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement :
1) The candidate must possess at least an SPM / Diploma in Nursing with basic computer skills.

2) Previous relevant work experience will be an advantage.

3) Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

4) Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
