Job Requirements: - Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA) or equivalent. - Preferably with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in Audit Firm / Commercial / Construction and property management industry or a similar capacity in a related field. - Membership in the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. - Knowledge in project costing and budgetary control monitoring. - Ability to work independently, detail in all work, well organized, analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills. Job Responsibilities: -Prepare and maintain financial records for all construction and property management activities. - Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for construction projects and property management. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, company policies and relevant regulations. - Liaise with internal and external audits as necessary or required. - Work closely with superiors to complete tasks and carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
