Work Location: PJ (near Glenmarie LRT station )

Work Hour: 24/7 Rotational Shift, 5 working days (Mon - Sun)
Responsibilities:
- Response to customer inquiries via telecommunication channels (calls, emails, chats, web tickets).
- Clarifying the customer's complaint and escalate priority issues and reporting to the high-level management to resolve user issues.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Participate in additional training courses as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess SPM and above
- Candidates must have a good command of written & spoken English & Bahasa Malayu & MANDARIN
- Able to work on rotational shift basis.
- 2 weeks training is not allowed to take leave.
Interview Process: Online Registration + Online Test > HR Phone Interview > HM FTF Interview
Remuneration Package:
- Basic is up to RM4,500 + RM300 Fixed Language Allowance
- RM300 Fixed Language Allowance
