Job Responsibility
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
- Assisting the Chef De Partie and Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
- Ensuring all food produced is in line with kitchen standards.
- Managing and training kitchen staff.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for food and hospitality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Commis 1: 1 year (Preferred)
