Job Description

As a Workday Advanced Compensation Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient business processes. Your day-to-day activities will involve utilizing your expertise in Business Process Design to analyze and optimize existing processes, as well as designing new processes to meet business requirements. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and provide expert guidance to stakeholders. The primary skill required for this role is:

  • Business Process Design with a master proficiency level
  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Process Design Mapping and Analysis will be advantageous.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement new business processes to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on business process design and optimization

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master proficiency in Business Process Design
  • Expert proficiency in Workday Core Compensation
  • Expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM
  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
