Marine Superintendent

• Oversee P&A operation at offshore. • Provides the job site planning daily. • Directs communication with Well Site Representative (WSR). • Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process. • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. • Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed. • Coordinates and directs the activities of rigless operators during the rigging up and rigging down the equipment, the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation, running and service of a job. • Coordinates the clean-up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. • Acts as tool pusher to ensure personnel, tool and equipment ready for the next step. • Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job as the well site as needed. • Ensures maintenance perform according to schedule. • Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew. • Provides training for crew on site. • Provides the DMR and job sheet daily. • Provides material request weekly. • Records the material received from town. • Ensure to maintain Health, Safety, Environment and Service Quality during operation. Utilize Stop Work anytime when observe any risk or unsafe act or condition. • Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
