Key Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned telco accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with telco partners.
  • Align on product roadmap planning and execution strategy on a quarterly basis.

Forecast & Stock Management:

  • Monitor sell-out on a daily basis.
  • Plan sell-in/sell-through on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the internal logistics team to ensure shipments arrive at partners’ warehouses within the committed timeline.
  • Work with the regional team to ensure key outlets have sufficient stock to sell.

Product & Sales Development & Execution:

  • Update partners on Sales In/Sales Out performance on a weekly basis.
  • Plan sales-related activities with partners, including launch promotions, festive promotions, and joint marketing activities.
  • Ensure new product listings and negotiate for the most aggressive plans.
  • Manage finances, including ROI investment, price adjustments, and funding support.

Market Insight:

  • Compile competitor information.
  • Gather market feedback.
  • Analyze gathered information to identify potential opportunities and grow existing opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years in telco account management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
