Job Overview:

The position plays a vital role in supporting merchants by facilitating the provision of KYC (Know Your Customer) materials and other necessary information to the relevant payment channels. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage communications both internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist merchants in providing the required KYC materials and other information to the corresponding payment channels through email/system, and help merchants to activate the appropriate payment methods;
  2. Organize, register, and distribute the company information submitted by company's partner merchants via email;
  3. Understand the KYC standards of different payment channels, follow up on the internal status of activation, and communicate externally to track progress with payment channels;
  4. Continuously improve one's business skills through ongoing learning, while documenting, summarizing, and producing relevant SOPs

Job Requirements:

  • 0-1 years in an operational role, preferably within a global business services, risk management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Min)
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin. Able to write/read/listen English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic about implementing improvements and achieving operational goals.
