Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event management logistics, including ticketing, hotel, and flight arrangements.
  • Assist in managing event set-up, door gifts, and accommodation related to VIPs and players.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks like event data, meeting organization, documentation, and invoicing.
  • Work closely with the Event Director and Supervisor to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in event administration or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (Chinese Mandarin preferred but not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player.
  • No specific educational requirements; open to fresh graduates.
  • Must be young, energetic, and willing to learn and grow within the event team.

Additional Information:

  • Work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with opportunities for training and development.
  • VIP concierge tasks may differ from other roles, and experience with event setups or logistics is a plus.
