- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and performing repairs.
- Familiarity with IT support and ability to handle basic IT-related problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in audio-visual technology or IT support are a plus.
