- Develop recruitment plans and post job advertisements.
- Screen resumes, organize interviews, and assist in completing the recruitment process.
- Organize and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Assist in developing employee career development plans.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining a performance appraisal system and follow up on employee evaluations.
- Provide performance feedback and assist in developing improvement plans.
- Handle employee complaints and disputes, maintain good employee relations.
- Organize employee activities to promote team cohesion.
- Responsible for salary calculation, distribution, and benefits management.
- Assist in developing and optimizing compensation and benefits policies.
- Responsible for organizing, drafting, and uploading various HR-related government documents.
- Ensure all documents comply with national laws and regulations and are submitted on time.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resource or related studies
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Skills in managing and resolving employee issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and handle administrative duties efficiently.
- Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
