Job Responsibility
- Prospecting & growing new clients in the B2B & B2C commerce market
- Mostly spending the time outdoor closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Analyze sales data and market trends for actionable insights, continuously improving marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and leverage data analytics to guide decision-making
- Formulate creative sales strategy to gain new business prospects and maximizing growth within the existing customer base
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Understand and define customersâ needs, to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Eager and self-driven to spearhead the expansion of the company with the introduction of sales and clients
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time as required by the management
- At least 1 year of working experience in business development and door-to-door sales within the logistics or e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication (spoken & written) and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin besides English & BM is a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Willing to travel within Klang & Shah Alam (fuel allowance given)
- Hands on experience with regards to sales and strategic thinking within the logistics industry
- No cap to your commission earnings. Earn as much as you can!
- Flexible working hours as you will be mostly outdoor. Results based.
