Responsibilities

  • Assisting KAM to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • To track and update COP and Expenses.
  • To partner Finance to monitor and manage AR & trade disputes.
  • To coordinate and submit all needed related to PD launches & Listing Process
  • Proactively generate leads and work with team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaboration with marketing and trade marketing on business review, launch presentation, campaigns, and promo evaluation.
  • Manage trade return and address root cause with action plan.
  • Ensure Operational efficiency, order fulfillment, manage on discontinue / promotion items.
  • Carry out trade visits to ensure execution compliance, feedback on competitors launches and activities. - Carry out field coaching with peers and merchandisers.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, Marketing or related field
  • Required travel to markets in the regions when necessary
  • Possess the qualities of being a team player with pleasant disposition & positive attitude to learn new things.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of key account management experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, preferable in pharmacy chain.
  • Acquire Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
