Job Description:

• Attend to new business leads and keep existing leads warm.
• Nurture existing clients and upsell services that may be of interest to clients.
• To work collaboratively and coordinate with internal team and improve P&L for all project.
• Lead and work closely with the internal team to craft proposals of high quality, on time, and meets budget of clients.
• Streamline and optimize workflow intra & inter department for efficiency.
• Lead and nurture direct report for growth, goals & career progression.

Job Requirement:

• Min 5 years working experience in event/MICE/relevant industry
• Strong and fearless in ability to challenge clients and agency planning team
• You must be confident, articulate and have excellent instincts with regard to consumer behavior, business strategy and general marketing theory.
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Able to efficiently prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-changing environment
• Team player intended as receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
• Leadership skills demonstrated by self-confidence, good judgement, sound decision-making, empathic listening, flexibility, self-motivation and ability to challenge the status quo
