Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial duties and manage confidential matters
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Ensure smooth office operations, including document management and contract administration
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Handle purchase requisitions, invoices and staff claims
- Support IT procurement by sourcing and negotiating with vendors for hardware, software and services
- Maintain IT asset registers and software licenses
- Coordinate IT service and support requests from stakeholders
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Information Technology
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or technology services
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, detail-oriented and highly dedicated.
