Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial duties and manage confidential matters
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Ensure smooth office operations, including document management and contract administration
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Handle purchase requisitions, invoices and staff claims
  • Support IT procurement by sourcing and negotiating with vendors for hardware, software and services
  • Maintain IT asset registers and software licenses
  • Coordinate IT service and support requests from stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Information Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or technology services
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, detail-oriented and highly dedicated.
