KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing day-to-day fund services operations with low to medium complexity, including payments processing, posting of cash transactions and perform accounting close for the entities assigned by the Fund Services Manager & seniors.
• Maintain good relationship with daily client contact.
• Attend to client as well as investors’ queries if needed.
• Maintenance of investor contact database. Conduct the process of disseminating notices and communications to fund investors.
• Perform all fund related work in accordance with the relevant fund documentation and TMF HK’s internal processes & procedures.
• Ensure all work is presented in a logical manner for senior staff’s review.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Perform other ad hoc work as assigned

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals
• Experience in accounting/tax/banking procedures
• Sound knowledge of local accounting practices
• Advanced Microsoft Office application
• Prior knowledge of accounting system a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English
